Job Description : The Project Support Specialist will provide essential administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth execution of large-scale projects. They will monitor daily installations and progress, identifying any delays or issues that require escalation. This role involves communicating updates on daily activities and schedule changes, such as rescheduling incomplete tasks and coordinating with various stakeholders to adjust the master schedule accordingly.Key Responsibilities : Perform administrative tasks to support the project management team.Monitor and track all daily installation activities, ensuring projects stay on course.Escalate issues or critical information as necessary to ensure timely resolutions.Provide updates on daily activities, including project progress and potential risks.Adjust project schedules due to slower-than-expected completions, ensuring any delays (e.g., incomplete installations) are rescheduled.Collaborate with the customer and third parties for Out-of-Scope site management and rescheduling.For project assignments and coordination, work closely with internal teamsRequest internal escalations and escalate further to the Project Manager when needed.Ensure the customers' system of record is updated, including tracking parts in the field and resolving any issues with parts logistics.RequirementsPreferred Experience / Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.1-2 years of experience in a project support or coordination roleStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and adjust schedules effectively. (Highly Preferred)Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and experience with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Salesforce, etc).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.Salary Description$18-$20 / Hourly
