Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with strong computer skills to assist with a temporary project. This role is perfect for co-op / senior high school students, part-time job seekers, or others looking to gain hands-on experience in a professional work environment in the financial services industry.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Scan bank documents.
- Verify that physical bank files have been correctly scanned and ensure the image quality is clear and legible.
- Follow provided procedures to save scanned information to computer files accurately.
- Perform quality checks to ensure all files meet project standards.
- Communicate any discrepancies or issues to the project manager.

Proficient reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills; proficient interpersonal relations and communicative skills; moderate PC skills; abides by current laws and organizational policies, demonstrates ethical behavior and promotes an environment which is free of harassment and other forms of illegal discriminatory behavior in the work place, ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach with hands or arms, use hands to manipulate objects, handle or feel, and lift items weighing 50 lbs. or less; visual, auditory and speaking skills.
