Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Order Manager to join our Homecare team. The Successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the order management process for Homecare products and services ,ensuring that orders are processed efficiently and meet our clients' needs.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the clinical and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of homecare services.
- Monitor order status and address any issues or discrepancies proactively.
- Make and answer calls to the doctor to follow up on orders.
- Responsible for process of receiving ,tracking, monitoring and sending orders on a timely basis according to the company policy.
- Run daily reports , fax and collect the required paperwork from clinicians.
Skills
- Experience in order management ,preferably in the homecare or healthcare.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Kinnser software order's management .
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast -paced environment and manage multiple priorities .
- Computer skills required. (MS outlook, MS Word, MS Excel
- Homecare experience a plus.
- Ability to communicate business related and general information efficiently.
