RESPONSIBILITIES AND DETAILS:
- Performs routine tasks required to accurately administer human resources programs (onboarding, off boarding, benefits enrollment, performance appraisals, paid time off, recruiting, etc.) according to established policies and guidelines
- Coordinate with the HR team on employee engagement, special events, projects, etc.
- Maintains/updates/audits employee digital records in various internal/external HR Systems and Platforms as directed
- Strictly maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resources files, records, and employee related situations and information.
- Exemplifies and provides customer service that exceeds expectations

- Minimum 2 years of HR administration experience
- Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills, HRIS systems utilization skills, as well as the ability to learn and effectively use new systems applications/technologies
- Fluent in English with excellent communication and listening skills
- Strong customer orientation – dependable, hands-on, hardworking, honest and able to work effectively under pressure.
- Understanding of the importance of being a team player to achieve organizational goals
- Four-year bachelor’s degree in business and/or human resources or equivalent experience
- SHRM-CP, and/or HRCI-PHR certifications required or willing to obtain
- Self-motivated, self-starter, sense of urgency, results-driven, detail oriented, takes initiative, personable, extroverted personality, well organized and dependable. Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
- Ability to complete complex work that requires continuous, concentrated mental and visual effort to plan and problem solve, prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer, travel by way of commercial aircraft, occasionally lift 30 pounds, some exposure to hazardous materials and equipment
