National Account Executive – Fleet Sales
Reports to President, Fleet

Key Responsibilities
· Aggressively prospect, pitch, and close new business, selling high-impact graphic advertising solutions.
· Identify and engage key decision-makers, breaking through gatekeepers to drive brand adoption.
· Exceed sales goals with high-volume prospecting and relentless deal-closing.
· Deliver persuasive sales presentations.
· Maintain a high-volume pipeline in CRM with accurate tracking and follow-ups.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of customer campaigns.
· Participate in weekly sales meetings to refine strategies and performance.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
· 5 years B2B sales experience, preferably in fleet branding or advertising
· Proven hunter mentality – fearless in cold outreach and closing deals
· Resilient & results-driven – thrives in a fast-paced, high-rejection environment
· Exceptional communication & presentation skills
· CRM & Microsoft Office proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (MBA preferred)
· Ability to travel 50% of the time
