What are the responsibilities and job description for the 311 Consultant position at EStaff LLC?
We are seeking a Municipal Government Consultant experienced with 311 or related citizen information support systems for a 6-month hybrid assignment with our Houston, Texas client. This role will oversee building the business process, managing, and documenting the process outside of emergencies, and working with the other business units.
You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience working with department and city leadership to clearly communicate status, issues, and achievements.
This role is a process leadership role. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate and cite experience in leading teams in the definition, implementation, and transformation of cross-functional department processes and tools.
Required:
- Experience in 311 or related citizen information support systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience working with department and city leadership to clearly communicate status, issues, and achievements.
- Experience in leading teams in the definition, implementation, and transformation of cross-functional department processes and tools.
Preferred:
- Direct experience in defining 311 processes
- Experience working across multiple municipal government departments to define and implement systems, processes and procedures.
