What are the responsibilities and job description for the Agile Coach W2 ONLY position at eStaff LLC?
We are seeking an Agile Coach for a 3-month hybrid W2 assignment (must be on-site as required on our W2) In Austin, Texas. Working to Improve software development delivery speed and quality, Increase team collaboration and efficiency, Reduce project risks, and improve predictability.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years' experience in data engineering, data architecture or a similar role, with at least 3 years in a lead capacity.
- 8 years of experience with - Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), Agile coaching, Team facilitation, Requirements gathering, Process Improvement, Risk management, Communication, Training, and Conflict resolution
* Assess current agile practices,
* Identify areas for improvement,
* Develop and implement a tailored agile framework,
* Coach and mentor development teams,
* Conduct training sessions,
* Facilitate workshops,
* Track progress and report findings,
* Collaborate with stakeholders,
* Drive adoption of agile principles.
Preferred
Experience with SAFe, Public sector experience, Familiarity with [Specific Agency Technology - e.g., .NET, Java], Certification (e.g., CSM, PSM, SPC)
