POSITION DESCRIPTION :
Improve software development delivery speed and quality; Increase team collaboration and efficiency; Reduce project risks and improve predictability.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Candidates must have no less than 8 years of experience.
Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), Agile coaching, Team facilitation, Requirements gathering, Process Improvement, Risk management, Communication, Training, and Conflict resolution.
- Assess current agile practices,
- Identify areas for improvement,
- Develop and implement a tailored agile framework,
- Coach and mentor development teams,
- Conduct training sessions,
