We are seeking an Agile Coach for a 3 month hybrid W2 assignment (must on-site as required on our W2) with our Austin, Texas client working to Improve software development delivery speed and quality; Increase team collaboration and efficiency; Reduce project risks and improve predictability. Requirements Minimum 10 years' experience in data engineering, data architecture or a similar role, with at least 3 years in a lead capacity. 8 years of experience with - Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), Agile coaching, Team facilitation, Requirements gathering, Process Improvement, Risk management, Communication, Training, and Conflict resolutio
- Assess current agile practices,
- Identify areas for improvement,
- Develop and implement a tailored agile framework,
- Coach and mentor development teams,
- Conduct training sessions,
- Facilitate workshops,
- Track progress and report findings,
- Collaborate with stakeholders,
