Job Description :
The Bid Manager will oversee our entire bid submission process, ensuring that we deliver competitive and comprehensive proposals to secure new municipal projects. This role is vital for our continued expansion and will require someone who is a self-starter and eager to learn and grow with the company.
Responsibilities :
- Research and manage approximately 20 – 30 bids and opportunities per month.
- Analyze project plans, specifications, and scopes to extract key details for accurate bids.
- Prepare and organize bid submissions and ensure all documentation is complete and up-to-date.
- Maintain meticulous project tracking systems to ensure smooth workflows and timely deliverables.
- Foster relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and key city municipality contacts.
- Follow up on bids and proposals, attending job walks or scheduling attendees as necessary.
