Job Description :
Senior Construction Estimator & Quality Assurance Coordinator will oversee our entire bid submission process, ensuring that we deliver competitive and comprehensive proposals to secure new municipal projects. This role is vital for our continued expansion and will require someone who is a self-starter and eager to learn and grow with the company.
Responsibilities :
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in bid pricing, subcontractor quotes, and scope reviews.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on estimates, verifying materials, labor, and CSI divisions.
- Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and our remote estimation team.
- Review and interpret construction plans & specifications (civil, structural, MEP, architectural).
- Stay updated on LA market pricing and public / commercial project requirements.
