Description
Partner closely with the Director, Editorial and other creative department team members to create content and ideate campaign concepts across all channels. Develop 360 ideas for campaigns across print, digital, social and in-store. Craft creative copy that is globally/regionally relevant and reflects the brand voice on various platforms. Requires a highly creative thinker with a keen understanding of the beauty industry, branded content and pop culture.
- Develop creative concepts and activations that bring to life campaign objectives, concepts and messaging across various platforms.
- Take a 360 approach to all concepting and creative copy writing.
- Create copy for a variety of collateral including emails, product naming, program names, brand.com, retailer.com, social media, in-store, events, VM and PR materials including writing / editing press releases.
- ontribute to the idea generation of editorial content that supports Global Marketing priorities for new product launches.
- Work with Legal, Product Development, and Product Marketing teams on getting proper approvals.
- Clear understanding of SEO and optimization of content for digital channels.
- Ideate special projects with other creative and cross-functional team members.
- Liaise with social media team to deliver assets and copy for editorial content, ensuring all daily deadlines are met.
- Regionally relevant copy where needed.
- Special projects as needed including internal comms support.
- Contribute to naming projects for products, shades, collections, kits and more.
Qualifications
- BA or BFA
- 3-4 years related work experience
- Facile with electronic and social media language and trends across platforms including TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram, Facebook, X, Pinterest and Threads
- Knowledge of contemporary culture and fashion trends both locally and globally
- Knowledge of computer programs including Microsoft Office, Keynote, Dash Hudson Social and Figma
- Superior organizational skills and excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple writing and conceptual projects simultaneously with limited direction
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Possesses a profound understanding of the Gen Z consumer and how to connect with them via impactful storytelling
Pay Range:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $73,150.00 to $109,200.00. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
