Position Overview
The Associate, Global Luxury Retail will support the execution of all global retail initiatives aimed at driving growth, and customer experience across key luxury markets. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to support the execution of in-store operations, event programing, merchandising strategies, and foster strong regional relationships
Key Responsibilities
Business Expansion
- Conduct market research and analyze potential locations to support global expansion efforts.
- Maintain the store directory and new store opening tracker to ensure accuracy and alignment with regional expansion plans.
- Coordinate with regional marketing teams to execute successful new store opening plans.
Retail Experience
- Support the execution of the global events strategy by ensuring alignment and seamless implementation across regions.
- Collaborate creatively with cross-functional partners to support ongoing launch activations.
- Develop and refine in-store event strategies, leveraging a test-and-learn approach while collaborating with regional teams to exchange best practices.
- Collaborate with the DTC team to ensure cohesive and consistent consumer messaging with drive-to-store initiatives.
Operations
- Manage ongoing reporting by tracking and analyzing retail performance. maintaining dashboards, executive summaries and identifying areas for improvement.
- Manage and update the marketing calendar to ensure timely execution of promotions, assortments, and window displays.
- Support the rollout of expanded product categories in retail stores to enhance offerings and drive sales.
- Assist in launching and implementing the global playbook series designed to establish key retail fundamentals.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the beauty, consumer goods, or retail industries.
- Knowledge of trade marketing or retail marketing, with experience supporting in-store activations, and events.
- Experience working with retail accounts or a passion for retail marketing and consumer behavior.
- International experience, collaborating with EMEA and/or Emerging Markets preferred, but not a must.

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- A creative mindset and an understanding of visual merchandising and retail dynamics.

Pay Range:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $62,400.00 to $93,250.00. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
