What are the responsibilities and job description for the Wine Attendant position at Estero Inn?
Overview
At the Estero Inn, we hope to combine the charm of a boutique hotel with the elegance of a high-end wine bar. Our space offers an intimate, curated experience for guests looking to relax, indulge, and unwind—whether enjoying a glass of wine overlooking the water or settling into one of our beautifully appointed guest rooms. We’re seeking a polished, versatile attendant who can deliver warm, expert hospitality across both the bar and hotel front desk.
This position blends the responsibilities of a wine bar attendant with those of a boutique hotel front desk associate. - Handle guest inquiries and special requests with professionalism and care
- Maintain accurate room bookings, availability, and billing through the hotel’s reservation system
- Provide concierge-level service, including local recommendations, transportation coordination, and guest support
- Uphold security and privacy protocols to ensure a safe and comfortable guest experience
