What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service position at ESTONS GOURMET CREATIONS?
Eston's Bakery in Toledo, OH is looking for customer service members to join our team. We are located on 5433 Monroe Street in Toledo near Whiteford Road. Our ideal candidates are self-driven, motivated, and engaged. You need to love working with people and being friendly and outgoing. We are looking for part time positions only to work 2-3 days per week (days worked will vary each week). Our days / hours we will be open are Monday through Friday from 10 am to 6 pm and on Saturday from 9 am to 3 pm. We are closed on Sunday.
Responsibilities
- Handling customers on phone and in person
- Taking inventory
- Entering items on computer
- Writing up orders
- Boxing orders
- Receiving in products
- Bagging orders as needed
- Side work including labeling bags, attaching ribbons, sanitizing, cleaning, etc.
Qualifications
- Working proficiently on a computer using Word, Excel, Google Drive and other related programs
- Great with people (customers and staff)
- Able to count accurately, spell correctly, good grammar, have neat handwriting
- Work independently and with groups
- Speed and accuracy in all work aspects including ringing up customers, boxing orders, cleaning, taking inventory, receiving in inventory while keeping quality of all work up to par
- Must be honest and fair plus open to constructive criticism to help learn the position.
- Part time positions are for 2-3 full days per week (no half days).
