Bilingual Staffing Coordinator

We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a . As a , you will be responsible for sourcing and placing new employees in our facilities. This is a hands-on position that requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the staffing industry, an understanding of the staffing cycle, and the ability to work with all levels of management.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Source candidates using databases and online job boards

· Interview candidates to determine their hiring requirements

· Prepare and submit resumes to appropriate managers

· Maintain a database of new employees you have placed over the last 90 days

· Maintain a database of new employees you have sourced over the last 12 months

· Respond to email requests for candidate information

· Answer questions from internal and external customers regarding staffing needs, as needed

· Develop and maintain relationships with prospective employees through cold calling, emailing, networking, etc.

· Ensure that your sourcing efforts are meeting or exceeding company goals

· Maintain excellent customer service skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 per year
