This position yields a base salary of 80,000 and includes commission earnings up to $250,000. The comprehensive compensation package is based upon experience.
Health insurance benefits are provided at 100% after the successful completion of the 90-day introductory period.
The Personal Injury Attorney Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day management of Personal Injury cases to include deposition, mediation and trial preparation.
- Managing all aspects of a Personal Injury case from pre-suit through trial including, legal research; providing a legal analysis and advice to active and potential clients.
- Prepare, manage and complete pre-suit notice requirements
- Coordinate, consult and work with injury experts.
- Filing lawsuits, pleadings, discovery, motions and documents necessary for litigation
- Preparing for and conducting hearings, jury trials, mediations and non-binding arbitrations
- Communicating with claims representatives, opposing counsel and Judicial officials.
Professional yet highly assertive representation of clients in personal injury cases.
Qualifications:
- Licensed in the state of Florida and admittance into the Federal Middle District of Florida.
- An active member and in good standing with the Florida Bar.
- Personal Injury Law experience of 2 years, including medical malpractice.
- Exceptional writing, research, and communication skill-set.
- Driven by long-term career goals.
