Job Description:
- Handle personal injury and civil litigation cases, with a focus on personal injury
- Work on both pre-litigation and litigation matters
- Participate in construction-related cases as needed
- Manage a caseload while meeting billable hour requirements (minimum 1,650 hours/year)
- Collaborate with other attorneys and staff on case strategy and client representation
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in personal injury and civil litigation
- Florida Bar admission required
- Strong litigation skills with the ability to handle cases from start to finish
- Experience in both pre-litigation and litigation processes
