- Senior Azure DevOps Requirements Management Consultant.
- Minimum of 7-10 years working in Information Technology as either a Business Systems Analyst or a Project Manager.
- At least two (2) years within the last seven (7) years of demonstrated experience using Microsoft Azure DevOps for requirements management and traceability for an IT project of similar size and complexity to the NAP 2.0 Project.
- At least three (3) years within the last seven (7) years of demonstrated experience building and maintaining a requirements repository on an IT project of similar size and complexity to the NAP 2.0 Project.
- At least two (2) years within the last seven (7) years of demonstrated experience in creating queries and reporting for dashboards, pipeline reports, etc. in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- At least two (2) years managing end-to-end traceability of requirements on at least one government IT project.
- Possession of the PMI Project Management Professional (PMI-PMP)® certification (must provide copy of certification).
- Possession of the PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP)® or "Microsoft Project Certification" accreditation (must provide copy of certification).
- Experience with project management approaches, tools and phases of the CDT Project Approval Lifecycle.
