Front Desk Assistant
We are looking for a caring, outgoing, energetic, and motivated candidate with fast learning capability and strong multi-task ability. Good communication, personal, and computer skills are required.
Pay is based on experience.
Spanish Speaking Required
Responsibilities:
- Greeting Patients
- Checking In Patients
- Checking Out Patients
- Collecting Payment
- Scheduling Patients
- Help clean front area clean and tidy
- Taking and processing dental insurance
- Update patients medical required
- Adhering to HIPAA standards and confidentiality
- Assisting patients
- Work with dental assistants and doctors to insure a happy dental visit
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
