Litigation Paralegal – Employment & Labor Focus
Location: San Francisco | Hybrid (2 days onsite)

What You’ll Handle as a Top Litigation Paralegal:
- Conduct litigation-related background checks (civil, criminal, and employment)
- Draft removal documents, discovery responses, motions, affidavits, and settlement agreements
- Perform cite-checking and Bluebook reviews
- Support trial preparation: coordinate witness logistics, prep meetings, and organize exhibits and files
- Oversee document productions, including redactions and Bates labeling
What Litigation Paralegal Skills You Need
- Prior litigation experience, with labor and employment law strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent experience
