Position: Senior IBM Maximo Analyst

Location: Santa Clara County, CA (Hybrid)

To support the migration from Oracle EAM to IBM Maximo, we need a Senior Analyst who possess deep technical expertise in both platforms, data migration proficiency, and strong stakeholder collaboration skills. Below is a targeted job description:

Core Competencies

• Lead end-to-end migration of Oracle EAM modules (Asset Management, Work Order, Procurement) to IBM Maximo, including requirements mapping, data validation, and cutover planning, with hands-on experience in Oracle EBS EAM configurations and Maximo Application Suite (MAS) customization.
• Qualifications

• 8 years in enterprise asset management, including 2 full-cycle Oracle EAM implementations and 2 Maximo upgrades (versions 7.x or MAS).
• Certifications such as IBM Certified Deployment Professional (Maximo) or Oracle EAM Cloud Certification preferred.
• Design and execute data migration strategies using SQL, ETL tools, and Maximo Integration Framework (MIF), ensuring seamless transfer of asset hierarchies, work orders, and inventory data while resolving legacy system discrepancies.
• Configure Maximo workflows, screen customizations, and integrations with third-party systems (e.g., SAP, GIS) using Application Designer, Automation Scripts, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Develop test scripts, troubleshoot post-migration issues, and provide hypercare support, leveraging tools like BIRT reporting, IBM Cognos, and TOAD for Oracle.
