Job Description
This role will play a crucial part in implementing our HR strategy and ensuring effective human resources practices across our expanding operations. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with Corporate Leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies that address the unique needs of retail, manufacturing, and corporate environments
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and conflicts, ensuring fair and effective resolution
- Manage relationships with union(s) and handle labor-related issues, negotiations, and compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Demonstrated strong judgment and proven ability to diagnose issues, drawing on both professional experience and strategic thinking skills
- Strong business acumen and ability to work well across different functions in order to develop and integrate HR and business strategies
