The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in mechanical design, finite element analysis, and product development, with a proven track record of technical leadership. This role focuses on designing high-quality products in a fast-paced advanced product development environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
- Resolve product and process challenges by generating detailed project requirements, conducting technical investigations, and preparing design specifications and analyses.
- Provide mechanical design expertise for prototype, pre-commercial, and commercial products.
- Emphasize design for manufacturability to deliver quality solutions for demanding industrial manufacturing environments.
- Present recommendations and technical solutions to management for approval.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of experience in mechanical design and product development.
Expertise in SolidWorks and finite element analysis (ANSYS preferred).
Strong background in design for manufacturing and machine design.
Proficiency in CAD / CAE tools.
Secondary expertise in FEA, product design, and machine design.
