Location : Fairfield NJ 07004 (3 Days Office and 2 Days Remote after training)
Duration : 06 Months
Shift : 08 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM
Pay Range : $18.00 to $19.37
Job Description :
The Customer Service team processes customer orders in accordance with commercial commitments and the company's operating rules. The team follows and manages the commercial orders files in connection with the customer with the objective of satisfying them by respecting the commercial contracts (contract review, customer engagement, delivery times, etc. and commit to the continuity of services guaranteed by the company.
Responsibilities :
Analyze the orders received; discuss with the sales teams and / or the customer if necessary.
Enter and confirm orders in accordance with our customer commitments within 3 working days.
Enter order details into the information system (ERP), provide updates as necessary (delivery dates, ETD, ...) Reserve stock within established deadlines (by product and / or by customer)
Adhere to guidelines defined by the sales director and in line with our customer commitments (FIFO, entire pallets, dedicated batches, etc.)
Implement instructions and dispatches sent by Business Managers within guidelines of shortage management.
Manage and process disputes / complaints in accordance with organizational policies.
Interact and request information from Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain teams as needed.
Manage constraints (absence of contractual price, shortage, blocking for outstanding overdue, freshness, single lot)
Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position. Understanding of company products, services, and policies.
Strong time management and decision-making skills.
Communicate to customers and sales group regarding customer orders.
Communicate with supply chain and warehouse regarding shipments.
Support month end activities as needed
Own” an order from start to finish for assigned accounts : enter orders, confirm to customer, instructions to warehouse, ensure proper lot / documentation
Qualifications :
1 - 5 years of experience in customer service.
Experience in using database (Microsoft Dynamics, Google Platform)
Ability to provide excellent customer service.
Sense of service.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment; professional and collaborative-minded at all times.
Ability to work independently in a time-sensitive environment.
Must possess sound decision-making skills and multi-task while working in a fast-paced environment. Effective and professional communication (verbal and written)
Ability to provide good business etiquette electronically and by phone
Salary : $18 - $19
