Your Opportunity:
The Intake Coordinator is a liaison between people and resources, connecting internal and external customers to the necessary information, products, or services. They review data from referral sources, and enroll patient information into the internal ASPS system accurately and timely. They also aid and support multiple cross-portfolio department projects as needed.
The Intake Coordinator is an Individual Contributor and reports to an Access Solutions Supervisor.
Key Accountabilities
You will demonstrate exceptional dedication to the project by consistently meeting deadlines.
You will play a crucial role in facilitating team collaboration and ensuring seamless communication.
You will exhibit strong problem-solving skills, identifying and addressing challenges proactively.
You will consistently deliver high-quality work that exceeds expectations and contributes to the project's success.
Who you are:Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree is preferred.
1-2 years of data entry experience required.
A minimum of 1.5 years in Genentech Access Solutions & Patient Services experience required.
Prior experience working with Client (including Dashboards/Reports), TalkDesk, and Visual Table is required.
