Job Title : Customer Service Representative

Location : Atlanta GA (Remote)

Job Summary :

  • A customer service representative supports customers by providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints.
  • They're the front line of support for clients and customers and they help ensure that customers are satisfied with products, services, and features.

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Respond promptly and professionally to incoming telephone calls, chats and tickets.
  • Assist with order problems, exchanges, edits and tracking.
  • Develop a knowledge of products, services etc and effectively convey this information to customers.
  • Understand and resolve compliance issues in accordance with policies and procedures.
  • Be an active team member and support overall teamwork and morale.
  • Adhere to all established procedures, policies and safety rules Maintain established performance levels.
  • Qualifications :

  • Completed Secondary Education
  • Experience working in the insurance industry and customer service related work.
  • Basic understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Ability to effectively communicate over the phone and via email.
  • Customer service skills and professionalism with a strong ability to diffuse customer concerns.
