Location - Remote for EST & CST time zone

- POSITION SUMMARY:
The POA Analyst will also support the Entity Review team as needed. The POA Analyst is responsible for understanding firm policies and Project Review policies and procedures.
DUTIES And RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review and approve Power of Attorney documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Work closely with our legal and underwriting teams during loan origination to meet guidelines.
- Work with Underwriters and Relationship Managers to aid in a timely manner.
- Provide high quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Cross-train to assist with additional job functions within the division during periods of peak volumes or deadlines.
- 5 to 8 years’ experience preparing mortgage closing documents and or processing mortgage loans or related experience.
- Title and/or real estate closing experience a plus.
- Must have a working knowledge of mortgage documents and an understanding of the mortgage life cycle.
- High School Diploma/Equivalency.
- College degree preferred.
- Must have comprehensive knowledge of Power of Attorney documents.
- Understanding and analytical interpretation of legal contractual language.
- Knowledge and understanding of title commitments.
- Must have good decision-making skills and ability to research & show initiative in solving problems
- Must possess strong organizational skills and be able to handle multiple & changing priorities.
- Demonstrate exemplary collaboration and interpersonal skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong Computer skills must be familiar with how to navigate a Microsoft Windows environment and have a basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
- Adhere to turn time commitments while working in a high-volume environment.
- Must have excellent teamwork orientation and the ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
- High level of Accuracy and Detail Oriented/multitasking.
