What are the responsibilities and job description for the Music Annotator/Music Producer position at eTeam?
We are looking for a music annotator to join our growing team.
Our team is responsible for crafting high quality datasets at scale.
You will focus on performing annotation tasks in the music realm and participate in the quality assurance of projects. Annotation projects consist of annotating rhythm of music (beats, downbeats and time-signature).
Quality assurance consists of verifying correctness of rhythm annotations of a song and providing feedback for potential corrections.
Required Experience and Skills:
Sufficient background in music theory to recognize beats, downbeats and time-signature of songs
Ability to leverage Digital Audio Workstation such as Logic, Ableton or Cubase to perform annotations
Excellent English-language oral and written communications skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and capacity to ask questions when guidelines are not clear enough
Ability to perform repeating annotation tasks with consistency, quality, and speed
Ability to deliver projects while meeting quality standards and deadlines with little supervision
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
Experience:
- Music annotator: 4 years (Preferred)
