Etech Hi, Inc. is a professional permanent staffing and recruiting firm, and we're seeking a dynamic, organized, and upbeat Office Admin Assistant to support our daily operations. We offer a relaxed office environment with business casual attire throughout the week. This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule , paying $19.00$22.00 per hou r, and were open to a hybrid work arrangement . Only local candidates within 2030 miles of Temecula / Murrieta will be considered.
Responsibilities :
- Working with Windows OS, using Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook Professional , and our RingCentral Phone system
- Heavy Data Entry using MS Access
- Analyze reports and findings on assigned tasks and projects
- Track and input payroll records
- Conduct Internet Research on clients, vendors, etc.
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and conferences
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, faxes, and forms
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring accuracy and organization
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks, such as data entry and invoice processing
- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies and maintaining inventory
- Greet visitors and provide assistance as needed
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
