PrideStaff, a national staffing company, is seeking an Administrative Assistant. The pay is $ 18 Must have availability to work flexible schedules including any day of the week, with hours varying between 11am-3pm.. In addition to administrative duties you may have to cover customer service calls when individuals are at lunch or overflow.
- Must have availability to work Monday-Friday, 11 am – 3 pm upon completion of training
- Directly support Operations Manager in day-to-day office operations
- Provide courteous, professional, and informed assistance to SCTC employees and current/potential customers
- Assist with Collection calls, POs, inventory, auditing, filing, opening/processing mail, and/or payment coding as needed
- Gather, compile, and analyze information for Operations Manager on special projects as assigned
- Conserve Operations Manager’s time by reading, researching, collecting and analyzing information.
- Assist in maintaining and developing good working relationships with vendors
- Review and screen vendors/companies for optimal results and best priced value
- Assist with printing and sending bills to both regular and SIP customers
- Perform other administrative tasks using independent judgment and discretion
- Time manage personal workload so that activities are completed accurately and on time
- Help to break the receptionist (and/or other SCTC employees as needed)
- Provide back-up for the customer service queue as needed
- Maintain flexibility in changing workload and prioritize assignments
- Adhere to all SCTC policies, procedures, and business ethics codes
Salary : $18 - $18
