a.      5 years exp as a BA

b.      MFT – ideally GoAnywhere but open to other MFT

c.      ServiceNow – this is where they do all of their tracking

d.      Healthcare exp is a MUST

e.      Azure devops (ideally) or Jira

f.Strong communication skills, ability to take ownership and make decisions
