What You’ll Do
- Create and maintain schedules to ensure caregivers are assigned efficiently to meet client needs.
- Optimize scheduling efficiency by adjusting schedules as needed while following company policies.
- Communicate clearly with caregivers, clients, and families to coordinate care.
- Document everything and keep accurate records in the scheduling system.
- Handle last-minute changes and adapt to urgent scheduling needs with professionalism.
- Support team success by assisting with caregiver onboarding, performance tracking, and compliance.
- Ensure payroll accuracy by reviewing timesheets and resolving any discrepancies before processing.
- Participate in the on-call rotation to support after-hours scheduling needs as required.
What We’re Looking For
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to track multiple schedules and manage priorities.
- Healthcare or scheduling experience with at least one year in home care, healthcare, or scheduling.
- Strong communication skills with professional and compassionate interactions with clients and staff.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software.
- Problem-solver who can handle last-minute scheduling changes effectively.
- Flexible and reliable with availability to work evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts as needed.
- Successful completion of a background check is required.
