SCHEDULE: MONDAY - FRIDAY 8:30 AM TO 5:00 PM - EVERY OTHER SUNDAY ON CALL
Overview: Join our dynamic team for our Miami-based home health agency. We are seeking an efficient, organized, detail-oriented individual with a positive attitude to serve as the frontline support for clients and staff. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring smooth operations in our office.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department
- Schedule all home health aides visits and maintain calendars
- Transcribe notes and messages accurately
- Assist with order entry and data management
- Type correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Filing all documents
Experience
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
-Customer Service experience
- Previous experience in an administrative or secretarial role is preferred
- Familiarity with medical office procedures is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and proofreading
- Ability to handle multiple phone lines and operate phone systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
