The Concierge is the backbone of the community, ensuring smooth operations and positive experiences for residents, visitors, team members, and new hires. Responsibilities
Administrative/Reception:
- Answer incoming calls and greet visitors and guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Build the community's reputations through incredible customer service
- Perform a variety of other clerical duties as assigned
- Work closely with residents, their family members, and guests to ensure satisfaction
- Oversee maintenance of office equipment
- Keep inventory of office supplies
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree preferred
- Detailed oriented
- Two year of office experience
- Advanced computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Working knowledge of general accounting, billing and collection and expense management practices preferred
- Ability to multi-task and handle a fast-paced work environment in a friendly and professional manner
- Demonstrate exemplary attitude, work ethic, and unwavering integrity
- Contribute to an incredible customer service experience
- Able to respond appropriately and quickly to the needs of the residents, team members, visitors, and vendors
- Respond and appropriately handle emergency situations that may arise in a calm, professional and effective manner
