Eternity Brewing: Opened in 2014, is a craft brewery located in Howell. MI. We typically have 20 unique brews made in house by our brewing team on tap, so the pairing possibilities are endless. With an emphasis and passion for craft brews and food we are looking for talented team members to join our team.
KITCHEN/BOH TEAM MEMBER
THE JOB – We are looking for hospitality professionals who love facilitating great experiences to grow this thriving small business. We have created a niche in our community to provide excellent service while serving great craft brews and new creative dishes. In 2020, we were able to add another layer of service with our kitchen, which focuses on creative, yet approachable bistro food.
- Part-time & Full-time positions available, with the opportunity to grow in the future
- Must be available nights, some weekend availability is a plus
- Serving as a support to our lead in the kitchen
- Opening & closing kitchen workstations according to set standards
- Opening, maintaining, and closing dish area during each shift
- Responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking & assembling dish as indicated
- Ability to perform tasks with accuracy, speed, and attention to detail
- Must be able to stand, bend, and life/carry materials
- Ensuring all dishes are prepared in a timing manor
- Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment
- Keeping workstations stocked and clean
- Focus on portion control and minimizing waste in kitchen
- Strictly following Health Department, OSHA, Liquor laws, and Covid protocols
- Helping with the overall cleanliness of the kitchen & BOH areas
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by team leader (i.e., detailed cleaning, etc.)
YOU – We are looking for someone to work as a support to our lead in our bistro style kitchen.
- Someone who is more reliable than spontaneous
- People-oriented, while being able to work independently as well
- Potentially helping with menu item development (WE LOVE CREATIVITY!)
- Line experience is a plus, but not required
- ServSafe is a plus, but again not required
