What are the responsibilities and job description for the Kitchen Team Member position at Quality Care of Howell?
Quality Care of Howell is a family operated, 40 bed, assisted living facility licensed as an Adult Foster Care in Howell Township. Our senior citizen resident clientele are mostly general assisted living and some memory care residents. We have 34 rooms assisted living and 6 rooms memory care.
Job description for cooking includes, but not limited to:
- Must be able to use My Food Pyramid dietary guidelines and prepare meals for individual needs and diagnoses.
- Able to maintain inventory
- Must use portion control to avoid waste and keep food cost down.
- Must follow correct sanitation procedures when preparing food and washing dishes.
