Duties
- Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.

- Utilize construction management software for project scheduling, tracking progress, and reporting.
- Read and interpret blueprints to guide project execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and enforce safety standards.
- Prepare and manage project estimates, budgets, and schedules using tools such as Prolog or ProCore.
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement of materials.
- Implement effective time management strategies to optimize workflow and resource allocation.
- Maintain clear communication with clients regarding project updates and changes.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and construction estimating.
- Familiarity with project management software such as Bluebeam.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and decision-making.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also managing individual responsibilities.
