Victory Burger is a fast casual service style including 3 full bars and a downstairs speakeasy. We are looking for hardworking people that want to be part of a tight team and fast paced work environment. We are interested both cashiers that want to learn as well as experienced bartenders.Overall if you are a positive, energetic, and hardworking person that is great at talking to people... we want to talk to you. In Spokane's historic Wonder Building, Victory Burger is the perfect place to grab a burger and a beer while catching a game or gathering with friends. We prepare delicious food which is the highlight of the exceptional dining experiences ESR is known for. Caring about the details, expanding ingredient and menu knowledge, and fostering a positive learning mindset are key aspects of the position. All hourly employees share in the tip pool so the busier we are the more everyone makes.

Qualifications
- Current WA State Food Handler Card
- Valid WA State MAST permit
- Be highly motivated by creating great food and making people happy
- Have excellent knife skills and a strong understanding of basic cooking methods
- Demonstrate strong communication skills
- Self-motivated to grow in their career
