General Manager ~ Victory Burger and Wonderground Bar & Lounge

Victory Burger and Wonderground Bar & Lounge, located in Spokane, WA's historic Wonder Building, is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our team. This exciting role offers the opportunity to manage a large, dynamic space, including an urban food hall with two full bars, a speakeasy, and a golf simulator lounge. We offer the ideal setting for a casual meal, drinks with friends, watching the game, or hosting larger gatherings for food, drinks, and entertainment.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a passion for creating fun, casual experiences and a proven track record in GM roles, with strong beverage operations, large space & event management skills. Your Qualifications. Successful candidates will have ~

Proven experience as a General Manager in a high-volume restaurant and bar setting

Extensive knowledge of beverage operations and management

Ability to manage and motivate a large team

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Passion for creating memorable customer experiences

Hands-on leadership style and a willingness to be involved in all aspects of the business

Valid Washington State Alcohol Server Permit.

Valid WA State Food Workers Card.
