WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
The Billing Support Specialist will be responsible for collecting information, entering data, tracking and monitoring details, and reporting information to appropriate stakeholders across the operations, finance, and leadership teams.
WHAT YOU GET TO DO
- Data Entry: Collect information from field operations and accurately enter it into spreadsheets.
- Billable Event Tracking: Tally and document billable events based on the provided data.
- Redlining Production Maps: Update and correct production maps based on field information.
- Communication: Liaise between field operations, project managers, and the accounting department to ensure accurate and timely information flow.
- Billing Support: Prepare and send necessary documents and spreadsheets to the accounting department for billing purposes.
- Documentation: Maintain organized records of all data, changes, and communications for future reference.
WHAT WILL HELP YOU STAND OUT
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data entry and document management.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel) and other relevant tools.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively coordinate with different teams.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of Construction Processes: Understanding of construction industry terms and processes is beneficial.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

WHAT TO EXPECT
- Office environment will be standard practice, including but not limited to airports, lounges, trailer offices, construction offices, etc.
- May be required to stand, sit, bend, twist, and reach as part of the job.
- Extended periods of standing on your feet may be required.
- May be required to lift up to 80 pounds.
- Must be able to pass a background check, drug screen, or other job-related pre-hire screenings related to the job.
- Travel may be required up to 25% of the time in this role.
