Ethic Tech, LLC is seeking a General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support ongoing efforts at various Army installations, primarily within the Continental United States (CONUS). The SME will leverage comprehensive analytical and professional expertise to evaluate organizational functionality, optimize business processes, and ensure compliance with IMCOM guidance across a variety of Public Works organizations.
The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of GFEBS Plant Maintenance functionality and will apply this expertise to meet the work management and GFEBS-related needs of our customers. This position may include supervisory responsibilities.
This is a full-time role that combines remote work from your home office with both short- and long-term assignments at military installations.
Essential Functions
- Analyze, train, and support optimized workflow processes for installations utilizing contracted or in-house personnel.
- Provide technical expertise and assistance to enhance customer productivity using GFEBS and other systems/software.
- Recommend project and program enhancements to improve efficiency and outcomes.
- Deliver briefings to customers on GFEBS functionalities and related business processes.
- Understand, apply, and train others on GFEBS processes, including:
- Master Data Creation/Maintenance (e.g., functional locations, work centers, activity rates).
- Order Fulfillment Process (e.g., order creation, status updates, time confirmations, material costing).
- Reporting (e.g., standard quality control reports).
- IMCOM/DFAS Budgeting and Costing Guidance (e.g., IMCOM Tech Cost Handbook, IMCOM Funding Guidance, DFAS Manual 37-100).
- Conduct quality assurance checks in GFEBS to ensure accuracy in work.
