Applicants should have prior knowledge in:
- Reservation and ticketing software (preferably SABRE system) for ticket office
- SABRE check-in
- Solid communication skills
- 2 years’ experience working at an airline or travel/tour agency or tour operator as a ticketing agent
- Experience in the airline industry
- Experience working at the airport is mandatory
- Excellent computer and communications skills
- Airport operation, cargo and ramp handling previous experience advantageous.
