Requirements
- Experience supporting Apple and Android Products
- Tablet experience
- Knowledge of e-Fax a plus
- Customer Service experience
- Activating line of service
- Experience utilizing remote tools
- Communication experience (Ability to describe any issues that do come up)
- Able to adapt to change
- ITIL Experience is a plus
- MS Products (RDP, Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access)
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
