Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Treasury - Debt/Investments/IRS Consultant to support the Record to Report workstream as part of the SAP S/4HANA implementation for NYPA in collaboration with Deloitte. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in SAP modules relevant to their role and a strong background in enterprise transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Expertise:

• Provide subject matter expertise in Treasury - Debt/Investments/IRS-related processes and SAP S/4HANA best practices.
• Configure, test, and optimize SAP functionalities in alignment with business requirements.
• Develop functional specifications and oversee system integration activities.
• Ensure compliance with SAP and industry standards for security, reporting, and operational excellence.
• Leverage experience with SAP Fiori, UI5, and related tools to enhance user experience (if applicable).

Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and Deloitte consultants to implement solutions effectively.
• Lead design workshops to gather requirements and develop strategic solutions.
• Conduct knowledge transfer and training sessions for key users and stakeholders.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Problem-Solving and Optimization:

• Identify and address challenges, risks, and optimization opportunities within the Record to Report workstream.
• Proactively propose improvements to existing processes and configurations.
• Ensure timely resolution of issues and provide support during project go-live and post-go-live phases.

Required Qualifications

• 10 years of SAP experience, with specialization in Treasury - Debt/Investments/IRS-related modules and functionalities.
• Strong understanding of Record to Report processes, best practices, and integration points within SAP.
• Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, or transformation projects.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with SAP Fiori, UI5, and related tools is a plus.
• SAP certification in the relevant area is preferred.

• Work Mode: Remote with onsite travel as required.
