Ethos Behavioral Health is a provider of long-term care specializing in the emotional, behavioral, and cognitive support of adults who have persistent psychiatric and mental health conditions. These include traumatic brain or other catastrophic injuries, organic neurological issues, chronic pain, and chronic medical conditions. Responsibilities
- Ensure efficient and effective functioning of the group home
- Supervise and hold care team accountable for established responsibilities
- Maintain care team schedule, ensuring proper coverage and providing on call coverage for missed or open shifts
- Assist residents with personal care and other ADL activities as needed
- Efficiently maintain and allocated group home resources
- Respond to emergencies and crisis situations calmly and effectively
- Collaborate with Care Coordinator to ensure quality support services are being provided to residents
- Complete documentation timely and accurately
- Collaboratively identify safety and maintenance concerns, reporting them to leadership for prompt resolution
- Develop and maintain a positive and supportive living environment for residents, promoting their independence and overall well-being
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 with valid drivers license ,clean driving history, and reliable transportation
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or related field preferred, but not required
- 3 years of experience in residential care setting or related role
- Demonstrated experience in a supervisory position
- Strong leadership, conflict resolution, problem solving, and team building skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, bother written and verbal
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
- Proficiency with technology
