Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction through closeout, including:
- Overseeing project scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
- Coordinating with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Conducting site visits to monitor progress, ensure quality standards, and address any field issues.
- Managing Requests for Information (RFIs) and facilitating timely communication between project stakeholders.
- Preparing and maintaining detailed project documentation of field reports and final summary letters.
- Assisting with company billing.
Projects include: Residential developments (single and multi-family), commercial construction, industrial facilities, infrastructure improvements, and public sector projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of project management experience in construction or a related industry.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Experience with AutoCAD or similar design/drafting software.
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to work across Oregon and Washington.
Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
