This candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of residential and light commercial construction practices, complete understanding on how to read plans and specs and communicate discrepancies and decisions that are needed to clients in easy-to-understand terms, have outstanding communication skills, be able to coordinate for upcoming subcontractor, material, and labor needs, be a safety advocate and control quality and costs.
Capabilities should include planning, directing, and managing several residential and light commercial construction projects at a time with upholding a high level of customer services and client interaction.

· Proficient at reading blueprints
· Ability to communicate with senior project managers, clients, team members, suppliers & subs
· Lead and plan ahead for site crew while controlling schedule and budget

Experience & Tools:
· Vehicle with ability to haul tools and small amounts of building materials
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Drive
· 10 years of in-depth construction experience
· 3 years project management experience
· Construction Management Degree encouraged, but not required
