What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Support Administrator position at EthosEnergy Group?
As Customer Support Administrator you are primarily responsible for providing proficient support as it relates to customer service, import/export compliance, purchasing and other internal and external needs as they arise with the authority to carry out any additional tasks as assigned.
Job Responsibilities

- Responsible for the administration and processing of customer orders, from induction through to invoicing
- Responsible for the compilation and issuing of work instructions for processing customer orders, using proprietary intranet reports, word and pdf
- Assist with the preparation of cost estimates and quotes, using excel cost models, historic pricing data and ERP data, this also includes proactive assistance in the maintenance of cost models
- Responsible for the compilation and update of weekly customer status reports, using data provided by production and ERP database, uploaded to excel template
- Liaise with production to assist in the scheduling of customer orders - inputting and updating data within ERP database.
- Create and maintain information required in the salesforce.
- Liaise with production to communicate customer instructions and job requirements
- Assist with customer communications via email and telephone or conferencing services, including attendance at all customer update calls/meetings
- Assist with compilation of weekly OTD metrics (excel)
- Responsible for the timely creation and distribution of all metrics relating to customer support
- Perform any additional tasks as required
- Ensure adherence to Safety Rules and Regulations
- Ensure high levels of housekeeping are maintained within work area
- Ensure work is carried out in accordance with QHSE policy

Required Skills / Knowledge
- Knowledge office equipment and filing systems
- Knowledge of trade compliance (import/export rules and guidelines)
- Computer software knowledge (MS Office/internet/websites)
- Knowledge of purchase order processing
- Customer Service etiquette
- Skilled in organizing and prioritizing workload
- Use of office equipment and filing systems (fax machines, copiers, phone systems)
- Skilled in analyzing and solving problems and paying attention to detail
- Able to multitask in order to meet deadlines
- Ability to read, write, communicate and understand English
- Able to process data into useful information
- Ability to concentrate for long periods of time
- Comfortable with basic mathematical calculations to compute quotes, etc.
- Able to be flexible with work schedule
Experience
- 2 to 3 years’ experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified (preferably in a manufacturing setting)
Education Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent experience (but Bachelor's degree in Business or similar preferred)
Physical Requirements
- Professional in appearance and demeanor
- Punctual
- Ability to sit/stand for up to 8 hours per day
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to type and look at a computer monitor for long periods of time
