Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls
- Assist with general office administration duties including faxing, copying, scanning and filing
- Sort and distribute mail
- Manage and prioritize calendars, appointments and schedules
- Manage documents and reference materials
- Assist with resident billing of in-house residents and account receivables duties as assigned
- Ensure necessary billing forms are completed and signed by residents or family
- Make biweekly deposits
- Maintain the resident trust account daily duties:
d. Ensure monthly folders are maintained for all deposits and withdrawals for audit purposes
e. Deposit residents' personal money into RFMS and assist with withdrawals
